SubDock lists only four authorized fulfillment types: official affiliate redirects, authorized redeem codes, provider-provisioned licenses, and provider-approved email invites. Every listed deal is vetted against upstream provider rules before reaching the marketplace.
What SubDock enforces
- System validators reject prohibited listing types outright: passwords, shared credentials, cookies, sessions, bearer tokens, raw API keys, and region-bypass instructions.
- Every offer must map to a pre-approved SKU, an authorized seller account, and active authorization evidence on file.
- Server-authoritative checkout re-validates seller standing, SKU status, stock availability, and territory eligibility before an order is completed.
- Sensitive offer edits return a listing to admin review before re-publishing.
- Redemption codes and license tokens are stored as encrypted references and masked across all user surfaces.
Sourcing & seller standards
- Sellers must provide proof of reseller authorization or valid affiliate standing before publishing inventory.
- Independent marketplace: SubDock operates as an independent curated marketplace; we do not display unverified corporate seals or assert unbacked partner claims.
- Digital order fulfillment is backed by buyer protection and dispute resolution.
Umbrella ban
Even outside specific prohibited categories, SubDock refuses to list any inventory that is:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, counterfeit, or IP-infringing;
- Restricted by sanctions or export controls;
- Funded by chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or reversible funding fraud;
- Malware / phishing / social-engineering related;
- In violation of the upstream provider's terms of service.
Buyer protection guarantee
- Full refund within 48 hours if digital code delivery fails or is reported invalid.
- In-app dispute resolution with support review and seller payout holds during active investigations.
- Redemption codes are masked across all UI surfaces and accessible only by the verified buyer.
