These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SubDock. By accessing or using our marketplace platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

Marketplace role

SubDock operates an online marketplace connecting buyers with verified sellers offering authorized subscription deals, redeem codes, reseller software licenses, and provider-approved invitations.

User accounts

You must maintain accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for all activities associated with your SubDock account.

Prohibited inventory & usage

Listing or purchasing prohibited inventory — including shared logins, account transfers, raw API keys, stolen codes, or region circumvention products — is strictly forbidden. See our Prohibited inventory policy. Violations result in account suspension.

Buyer protection & refunds

SubDock provides buyer protection for eligible order disputes. If a digital code or license delivery fails or is invalid, buyers may open a dispute within 48 hours for a full refund.
